You have recently been hired as the administrator of a skilled nursing facility in Los Angeles, California.You decide before your first day of work to review the latest inspection reports, and are shocked and dismayed to see that the facility has an unusually high number of deficiencies listed in the most recent report, and that the deficiencies cover a number of serious violations.For example, the facility failed to conduct in-take assessments when residents were admitted, failed to develop care plans, failed to identify residents who were considered fall risks and failed to take appropriate steps to prevent falls, had numerous medication errors, and had a unusually high number of residents with pressure ulcers.You also notice that your facility is veryunderstaffed, and you must make hiring new employees your first priority.

Your assignment will be to write a 3 page double-spaced paper with your thoughts about the steps you would take as the administrator at this facility, answering the following questions.
